Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wellness Body Care, we value your time and our therapists’ commitment to providing exceptional care. To ensure fairness for both clients and staff, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full service amount.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.

Refunds

• Prepaid services and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

• Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know during your visit so we can address concerns immediately.

• For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be credited toward other services at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time while being charged at the full rate.
